Uwe Veres-Homm

Head of »Risk and Location Anlysis«

Uwe Veres-Homm is head of the Risk and Location Analysis department in the Supply Chain Services working group at Fraunhofer IIS. There he examines the data landscape on logistics markets and locations and is responsible for the strategic development of methods in the field of supply chain risk management and location evaluation as well as project acquisition. The focus here is on the automated recording of location structures using geodata and AI-based image analysis. As a regular author of studies and market analyses, he has a profound overview of the various submarkets in the European logistics market and has managed numerous projects for the analysis and development of logistics locations and real estate.
