In the »Supply Chain AI« research focus area, we are developing modern artificial intelligence methods to tackle previously unsolved analysis, forecasting and optimisation tasks: from procurement, production and logistics to ecosystem design. In this way, companies can be managed efficiently and in a way that conserves resources, even under increasingly complex and volatile conditions.

Our scientists combine methodological expertise in artificial intelligence and mathematical processes with domain expertise in logistics, production and supply chain management: through the targeted use of AI, complex processes within and between companies can be organised and automated more efficiently.
